Description
On the shady council estate of Saxon, law has made way for criminal justice. The seedy, dangerous underworld has surfaced to run the local fishmongers and curry house, the rest of the estate is a ghost town. In steps one-eyed ex-con Eddie (Sean Harris) a man with a gruesome debt to pay, and a nasty past to re-visit. Throw in a missing quiz-show millionaire, a long-lost childhood sweetheart, and a prostitute mother and you have all the ingredients for a surreal detective mystery / British western. This darkly entertaining independent film marks the directorial debut of writer/director Greg Loftin, and stars the hugely talented Sean Harris (24 HOUR PARTY PEOPLE, CREEP) in his first feature film leading role.
